Manages a portfolio of partnership customer accounts, focusing on satisfaction, retention, growth, service delivery, upselling, and relationship development. Resolves client concerns, prepares utilization analyses and trend reports, supports implementation and training, and collaborates with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Sales. Requires strategic account management, project management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with approximately 25% travel.

Supports broad HR administration, including employee communications, HRIS onboarding, leave tracking, employee records, audits, reports, anniversary awards, events, new-hire check-ins, and learning and development logistics. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 1–3 years of administrative HR experience. Chicago location or commuting ability is required.

Design and oversee full-lifecycle software development using AI-assisted engineering practices. Define system architecture, APIs, data models, testing strategies, security, reliability, and observability. Direct AI-generated implementation, validate code and tests, manage deployments and incidents, and coach engineers on effective agentic development. Build and operate scalable cloud systems, event-driven services, and customer-facing applications while collaborating with Product and Design.
