Manages workforce forecasting, scheduling, staffing strategy, real-time adherence, service levels, and payroll operations for a global 24/7 multichannel contact center. Configures Genesys Cloud WFM/WEM, queue design, routing, and Architect flows; analyzes workforce metrics; partners with IT, HR, payroll, and operations; and leads administrative staff. The role supports a remote clinical workforce across regions and channels while improving capacity planning and operational performance.

Implement newly contracted absence management accounts by completing documentation, configuring account specifications, developing implementation plans, coordinating training, and building client relationships. Serve as liaison between HR professionals and internal teams, explain absence policies and leave compliance, promote services, and resolve implementation concerns. The role requires at least one year of project management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable remote-work capability, and up to 25% travel.

Designs and directs development of scalable software systems using AI-assisted engineering practices. Owns architecture, APIs, data models, testing strategy, security, reliability, observability, deployment, and production operations. Decomposes work for AI agents, validates generated code and tests, leads incident response, and coaches engineers on effective AI-enabled development. Requires full-stack experience, modern server-side development, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, regulated-data security, and production use of agentic AI.
