Designs, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates employee learning programs in a manufacturing environment. Leads onboarding and on-the-job training, develops competency standards and skills matrices, verifies employee qualifications, maintains training records, administers the LMS, and ensures compliance with operational, quality, safety, customer, regulatory, and FAA Part 145 requirements. Partners with supervisors and subject matter experts to assess training needs, close skills gaps, support career development, and improve workforce readiness.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offers, background checks, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria, build candidate pipelines through online and community outreach, coordinate interviews and facility tours, and represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events. Maintain recruiting tools and documentation, support employer brand awareness, and collaborate with HR to ensure effective hiring processes.

Designs and modifies tooling and fixture drawings for aerospace component repair and overhaul using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Collaborates with engineering and production teams, reviews designs against OEM and aerospace standards, maintains controlled documentation, creates prototype tooling through 3D printing, and uses 3D scanning for reverse engineering. Requires drafting and tooling design experience, manufacturing knowledge, GD&T, FEA understanding, and familiarity with safety practices.

Develops and improves machining processes for turning, milling, and grinding operations. Resolves repair-process issues, reduces rework, improves throughput, creates production work instructions, designs tooling and fixtures, validates quality and testing requirements, and supports implementation of materials, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role works with production managers, engineers, and technicians in an aerospace turbine-component repair environment while interpreting FAA-approved technical data, OEM manuals, blueprints, and industry standards.
