Designs, delivers, and evaluates onboarding, on-the-job, leadership, and technical training for manufacturing employees. Partners with managers to assess needs, maintain LMS and training records, ensure regulatory compliance (including FAA Part 145), and monitor program effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, and feedback.

Manage operational oversight of gas turbine engine component evaluation, repair, and overhaul. Review component condition, develop repair work scopes per OEM/company guidelines, set ship dates, communicate work scopes across teams, monitor delivery metrics (TG, OTD, SDA), coordinate with production/quality/purchasing, and drive continuous improvement.
