The Senior AI Engineer will develop AI solutions for compliance challenges, working on AI model optimization, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead a QA pod of three engineers while remaining hands-on: drive spec-time testability, curate agent-generated tests, apply mutation testing, coach engineers, integrate performance/security/accessibility into quality practices, and fold lessons into shared testing patterns to reduce future intervention.

Qualify inbound MQLs and run outbound outreach to target accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels. Book qualified meetings, maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and Salesloft, research accounts with ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator, and collaborate with BDs and Marketing to improve targeting and handoffs.
