The Director of Pharmacy leads pharmacy operations, ensures safe medication use, manages staff, prepares budgets, and develops pharmacy services aligned with hospital goals.

Under pharmacist supervision, perform technical and clerical tasks for unit-dose distribution and IV admixture, prepare sterile/chemotherapy IVs, fill automated dispensing systems, manage inventory and narcotics, document medication histories, deliver supplies, maintain pharmacy automation, and assist in training junior technicians. Employment contingent on drug screen, background check, and credential verification.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor in a hybrid, multi-state environment. Lead benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives. Coach leaders, resolve employee matters, ensure employment law compliance, and support growth across teams.
