The Director of Pharmacy leads pharmacy operations, ensures safe medication use, manages staff, prepares budgets, and develops pharmacy services aligned with hospital goals.

Under pharmacist supervision, perform technical and clerical tasks for unit-dose distribution and IV admixture, prepare sterile/chemotherapy IVs, fill automated dispensing systems, manage inventory and narcotics, document medication histories, deliver supplies, maintain pharmacy automation, and assist in training junior technicians. Employment contingent on drug screen, background check, and credential verification.

Lead regional pharmacy operations across multiple states, manage and develop pharmacy leadership teams, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, oversee financial and inventory performance, build client relationships, drive growth and renewals, and travel frequently to support accounts and operational initiatives.
