To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant Human Resources experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare and/or multi-site/multi-state environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Experience coaching leaders and addressing employee matters.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
