Lead the Audit Services team to design and execute risk-based audit programs, assess internal controls, manage regulatory relationships, report to the Audit & Finance Committee, and recommend remedial actions. Support lending teams with loan pricing strategy, transfer pricing, and daily rate administration. Produce reporting and analysis on interest rates, portfolio performance, and risk. Manage pricing tools and models, liaise with funding bank, deliver pricing consultation and training, and support system enhancements and process improvements.

Researches property histories and public records to prepare title commitments, policies, and reports. Reviews plats, liens, judgments, and legal descriptions to ensure clear title and lender lien position. Collaborates with underwriters, issues final title policies, completes loan certifications, and communicates with transaction parties. Maintains compliance with state statutes and internal underwriting standards.
