Builds opportunity portfolios, develops responsible AI practices, and drives organizational alignment and learning without formal authority.

Develop and support Salesforce applications, integrations, custom Apex code, and Lightning Web Components. Design technical solutions, process flows, and specifications; conduct code reviews and software testing; resolve application defects; optimize system performance; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Directs technology product management strategy across a digital product portfolio. Leads product vision, roadmaps, OKRs, investment prioritization, agile transformation, and cross-functional collaboration with executive, engineering, operations, marketing, and business teams. Builds and mentors high-performing teams, drives product adoption and optimization, manages stakeholder expectations, and aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals in a regulated financial-services environment.
