Manage accurate processing, closing, funding and servicing of real-estate secured transactions. Coordinate title, appraisal and flood determinations, prepare and review closing and collateral documents, execute closings with clients, administer funding and filings, perform post-close reviews, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and provide client support across lending business units.

Lead the Audit Services team to design and execute risk-based audit programs, assess internal controls, manage regulatory relationships, report to the Audit & Finance Committee, and recommend remedial actions. Oversee annual planning, risk assessments, audit execution, issue closure validation, and team leadership while maintaining independence and collaborating with business leaders to monitor compliance and emerging risks.

The Appraisal Representative supports regional appraisers by obtaining and analyzing property information, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring quality appraisal documents.
