Serve as first client contact, delivering front-line service and resolving inquiries via phone, online and in-person. Perform loan servicing tasks (renewals, document collection, payment processing, reconciliations), maintain account accuracy, and ensure compliance. Provide office coordination and administrative support to create a positive environment for clients and team members.

Manage accurate processing, closing, funding and servicing of real-estate secured transactions. Coordinate title, appraisal and flood determinations, prepare and review closing and collateral documents, execute closings with clients, administer funding and filings, perform post-close reviews, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and provide client support across lending business units.

Support Tax Consultants by entering client financial data for payroll filings, monthly accounting, and federal/state tax returns. Collaborate with CPAs and EAs, develop farm tax knowledge, provide administrative support (organizing, scanning, mailing), and learn accounting and tax preparation processes in an agricultural firm.
