Lead IT operations for a multi-site ambulatory surgery network, managing infrastructure, clinical and business systems, security and compliance, service desk, vendor relationships, and IT budgeting. Ensure uptime, drive integrations and migrations, execute DR/BC plans, and report operational metrics while partnering with the CIO on strategy and roadmaps.

Oversee daily business office operations for an ambulatory surgery center, supervising business office, materials management, and medical records staff. Manage billing, accounts receivable, collections, scheduling, registration, cash handling, month-end close, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the Central Billing Office and administrator to support budgeting and relationships with surgeon practices.

Perform front-desk and patient registration duties for an ambulatory surgery center: verify demographics and insurance, collect copays, schedule patients, maintain records, communicate with patients and clinical teams, support quality and administrative tasks, and maintain front desk organization.

Serve as the enterprise owner and SME for procure-to-pay systems: maintain and standardize contract, item master, vendor, and pricing data; partner with GPOs and distributors; resolve purchasing discrepancies; develop SOPs; support onboarding of new centers; create reports and dashboards; and train users to improve procurement efficiency and cost management across ambulatory surgery centers.

Manage implant item master data and processes across ASCs, support procurement, contract management, inventory and billing accuracy, investigate discrepancies, develop reporting and tools, and assist system implementations to improve supply chain efficiency and financial performance.

Lead enterprise-wide projects from planning through execution; build project plans, timelines, dashboards, and governance. Drive cross-functional alignment with executive stakeholders, surface risks and dependencies, facilitate meetings, track action items, and report project health. Improve intake/prioritization, implement process improvements, and support organizational change to ensure successful project outcomes.
