Verifies demographics, insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations, CPT and ICD-10 codes; documents information in registration and medical record systems; communicates with patients, providers, and referring offices; collects copayments; maintains records; answers calls; and supports administrative, quality, safety, and reception-area activities.

Lead growth of ASC network by sourcing and closing physician and health system partnerships. Build relationships, structure and negotiate joint ventures, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform market analysis, maintain pipeline reporting, and support market expansion through travel and stakeholder engagement.

Lead an ambulatory surgery center with full P&L accountability: drive financial performance, strengthen physician and health-system partnerships, ensure clinical and operational excellence, optimize OR utilization and throughput, recruit and develop leadership, maintain regulatory compliance, and execute growth strategies in partnership with Compass leadership and governing stakeholders.
