Serve as lead assessor for individuals in behavioral health or substance use crises—conduct comprehensive assessments, document intakes, plan discharges, oversee non-clinical staff, coordinate referrals with law enforcement/EMS/community partners, provide culturally responsive care, and offer virtual support to other urgent care sites while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Provide lead clinical assessments for individuals in behavioral health or substance use crises, manage intake and discharge planning, supervise non-clinical staff during shifts, coordinate referrals and community/law enforcement partnerships, maintain compliant documentation, and offer virtual support to related sites.

Develop, maintain, and optimize scheduled and ad-hoc reports from EHR and other data sources. Query complex relational databases, validate results, modify and test reports, deploy reporting solutions, support end users, and partner with leadership on projects, trainings, and continuous improvement to deliver accurate, actionable data for organizational decision-making.
