Serve as the clinic's front-desk representative: greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance and demographics, collect co-pays, answer phones, assist scheduling, enter data into EHR, maintain waiting areas, follow HIPAA, and travel locally between clinic sites as needed.

Develop, maintain, and optimize scheduled and ad-hoc reports from EHR and other data sources. Query complex relational databases, validate results, modify and test reports, deploy reporting solutions, support end users, and partner with leadership on projects, trainings, and continuous improvement to deliver accurate, actionable data for organizational decision-making.
