Welcomes patients and callers, manages appointment check-in and check-out, verifies insurance and demographic information, collects co-pays, answers phones, supports scheduling, enters data into EHR systems, maintains an organized front office, and follows HIPAA confidentiality requirements. The role may require local travel between clinic locations.

Provides peer support to individuals with behavioral health or substance use disorders through shared recovery experiences, goal-setting, treatment-system navigation, crisis intervention, community connection, and strengths-based encouragement. The role participates on an Assertive Community Treatment team, provides transportation when clinically indicated, completes required documentation and training, and supports on-call crisis coverage.

Provides school-based behavioral health support to students and families. Serves as a liaison among schools, families, and behavioral health providers; delivers individualized coaching, education, and skill-building; coordinates resources; advocates for student needs; completes wellness plans and documentation; and helps build resilience and natural support systems. Requires travel to school and community locations.
