Provide community outreach, education, and hands-on assistance to enroll patients in MO HealthNet, CHIP, and other public insurance programs. Support appeals, documentation submission, renewals, address updates, and removal of coverage barriers. Train staff, meet productivity metrics, enter data into EHRs and shared databases, and complete required trainings and reporting.

Provide school-based behavioral health support by liaising between schools, families, and services; deliver individualized goal-oriented interventions, coaching, resource navigation, documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build resilience and long-term supports. Travel to school and community sites as needed.

Serve as the clinic front desk: greet patients, manage check-in/check-out across services, verify insurance/demographics, collect co-pays, answer phones, assist scheduling, maintain waiting area, enter data into EHR, travel to nearby clinics as needed, and follow HIPAA confidentiality.
