Creates and manages written, visual, web, email, newsletter, and social media content supporting the organization's mission. Maintains digital channels, communications calendars, brand assets, media lists, and Google Ads. Tracks web and social analytics, produces reports, supports media relations, coordinates internal content gathering, and ensures consistent branding and accessible communications across platforms.

Coordinates weekly food distribution, vendor orders, deliveries, inventory, food safety, and volunteer operations. Manages distribution center organization, data entry, package unloading, supplies, and client flow. Supports drop-in center operations, crisis de-escalation, intake coverage, Fun Pass reservations, and collaboration with reception staff. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working onsite with homeless families and volunteers.

Manages fundraising operations, including gift processing, donor database administration, Salesforce data integrity, reconciliation, reporting, acknowledgements, mailings, and workflow improvements. Partners with Finance, Salesforce administrators, consultants, and Development colleagues to maintain accurate records and support donor engagement. Also assists with events, in-kind deliveries, funding research, and donor screening.

Supports daily operations for an emergency accommodation voucher program serving families and pregnant people in crisis. Responsibilities include client reception and referrals, phone and appointment management, data entry, quality improvement checks, package and food distribution, supply ordering, hotel partner coordination, staff transportation, calendar maintenance, meeting minutes, resource research, and general administrative support.

The role supports various bilingual client services positions that require Spanish-speaking candidates, considering applicants for multiple teams based on their skills.
