The Impact Associate manages Salesforce reporting, trains new staff, responds to help desk tickets, and supports special projects, requiring attention to detail and strong collaborative skills.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Urgent Accommodation Voucher program, supervise and support staff, coordinate intakes/transfers/discharges, manage emergency responses, build community and hotel partnerships, implement policies equitably, provide direct client support, and represent the program internally and externally.

Manage issuance and reconciliation of monthly rental subsidy payments across programs, perform data audits and entry, correct enrollment errors, coordinate with finance and city partners, and resolve compliance and billing issues.
