The Sales Development Representative engages prospective schools, books meetings for Account Executives, and executes outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive growth.

Own a funnel-aligned content engine to drive top-of-funnel demand and bookings. Produce and brief content across social, long-form, email, web and sales assets; manage agencies and freelancers; optimise HubSpot lead funnels and support migration from Zoho; enable sales with converted materials; support digital and event content; use data and AI tools to measure content impact on pipeline and bookings.

Join a small cross-functional product engineering team building Clipboard. Deliver well-scoped features from ticket to production, write and review tested code, use feature flags for incremental delivery, document decisions, work with AI tooling, participate in code reviews, and help triage production issues with support.

Manage a portfolio of school customers to drive retention, adoption, advocacy, and expansion of the Clipboard platform. Deliver training (in-person and online), resolve issues, identify churn risks and upsell opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve customer success processes. Occasional travel required.

Own delivery across Clipboard EMS and Clipboard Compete: translate roadmap into shipped features, work with customers, business and engineering, iterate quickly, use AI tooling, and support product growth and integrations within the Compass suite.
