Own end-to-end manual and automated testing for a school timetabling platform, including ticket validation, regression testing, release sign-off, and risk identification. Contribute to feature and bug delivery across the technology stack while using AI tools to accelerate development and testing. The role offers growth into full-stack engineering, with exposure to Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, frontend development, and CI/CD practices.

Engage existing school customers through outbound campaigns, identify their needs, explain product value, and convert opportunities into growth. The role requires meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, managing customer activity accurately, collaborating with internal sales teams, and sharing customer feedback to improve campaigns. Occasional evening work and onsite school visits are required.

Own customer success for a portfolio of schools, leading implementations, training, product adoption, renewal conversations, and strategic partnerships. Build relationships with school leaders, use adoption data to identify risks and opportunities, support retention and growth, handle escalations, and represent customer needs internally. The role requires strong communication, prioritization, organization, commercial awareness, education-sector understanding, and practical AI fluency.
