Supports monthly group reporting, general ledger reconciliations, consolidation, tax compliance, audits, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and debt recovery. The role also involves maintaining vendor records, preparing payments and reports, investigating discrepancies, supporting finance processes and controls, and assisting the Financial Controller and CFO with analysis and ad hoc requests.

Provide executive and office administration support for senior leaders and the Sydney office. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, document preparation, travel and expense administration, visitor and facilities coordination, supplies and mail management, event and catering logistics, and support for workplace culture initiatives.

Lead engineering delivery and people leadership across a 40–50-person organization through 5–7 Development Managers. Own delivery performance, capacity planning, operating models, engineering metrics, hiring, organizational design, career pathways, retention, quality, reliability, security, and technical execution. Partner closely with Product, Technology, People & Culture, and executive leadership to align engineering capacity with roadmap priorities and ensure predictable, scalable delivery across a product-led SaaS environment.
