Builds stakeholder networks, manages high-stakes local government processes (rezoning, permitting), leads issues management playbook, serves as spokesperson, partners with Land Development, Corporate Communications, and Development/Operations teams, and manages the Community Relations Manager while traveling regularly to campus markets.
