Leads financial management for datacenter projects from development through construction completion. Responsibilities include building financial models, analyzing construction costs, identifying trends and anomalies in FP&A tools, reporting through Power BI, managing project changes and debt, forecasting cash needs, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional business initiatives.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Compass Datacenters' Dallas executive team: manage calendars, coordinate travel and events, prepare documents and presentations, handle communications and confidential matters, track expenses, support meetings and projects, and assist with Dallas office activities.

Senior leader owning community affairs and public engagement across Compass Datacenters markets. Builds stakeholder networks, manages high-stakes local government processes (rezoning, permitting), leads issues management playbook, serves as spokesperson, partners with Land Development, Corporate Communications, and Development/Operations teams, and manages the Community Relations Manager while traveling regularly to campus markets.
