Lead financial planning and analysis for datacenter projects from development through construction. Build project financial models, analyze construction cost data, manage project change and debt (compliance, drawdowns, cash forecasting), report trends using an FP&A tool and Power BI, and deliver stakeholder-facing forecasts and ad hoc analyses.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Compass Datacenters' Dallas executive team: manage calendars, coordinate travel and events, prepare documents and presentations, handle communications and confidential matters, track expenses, support meetings and projects, and assist with Dallas office activities.
