Provides front-office and hospitality support by greeting visitors, covering the front desk, maintaining welcoming and organized shared spaces, preparing meeting areas, handling mail and deliveries, restocking supplies, assisting with workstation setup, completing administrative tasks, and coordinating with office leadership to support smooth daily operations.

Leads customer management and strategic account growth through leasing, relationship development, complex negotiations, and cross-functional deal coordination. The role drives revenue and NOI objectives, oversees post-lease handoffs, develops account roadmaps, leads QBRs, and monitors market trends. It requires strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, along with experience in technology, real estate, or data center sectors.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Compass Datacenters' Dallas executive team: manage calendars, coordinate travel and events, prepare documents and presentations, handle communications and confidential matters, track expenses, support meetings and projects, and assist with Dallas office activities.
