Teams at Compass Datacenters

Provide day-to-day HR services including employee relations, records management, payroll and benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, HR documentation, culture-building, health & safety compliance, and support HR projects to ensure legal and policy compliance.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Compass Datacenters' Dallas executive team: manage calendars, coordinate travel and events, prepare documents and presentations, handle communications and confidential matters, track expenses, support meetings and projects, and assist with Dallas office activities.

Serve as the in-market community and government relations lead, building stakeholder relationships, managing local issues, and planning/ executing Open House and Town Hall events. Travel regularly to campus markets, support public proceedings, coordinate with Corporate Communications, and report market intelligence to the VP, Community Relations.
