Maintain staffing, KPIs, incident severity framework, run drills/tabletops, drive cross-functional adoption of processes and tooling, perform risk and BIA assessments, and deploy AI/automation to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Interface with customers and senior leaders and oversee audits and vendor continuity risk.

Leads financial management for datacenter projects from development through construction completion. Responsibilities include building financial models, analyzing construction costs, identifying trends and anomalies in FP&A tools, reporting through Power BI, managing project changes and debt, forecasting cash needs, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional business initiatives.
