Maintains comprehensive employee training documentation, tracks completion, identifies compliance gaps, manages electronic and physical training records, and supports internal and external audits. The role ensures documentation meets agency, contractual, licensing, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with staff, supervisors, vendors, and regulatory partners. Additional duties include meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, supporting safety protocols, and recruiting foster parents.

Provides administrative and personnel support for foster care and residential child services programs. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, maintaining files and census reports, processing requisitions and purchase orders, preparing monitoring and discharge reports, communicating with staff and external stakeholders in English and Spanish, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping recruit foster parents. Requires confidentiality, accurate data handling, collaboration, independent work, and availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
