Provides educational instruction and curriculum development for children in emergency shelter and group home programs. Assesses educational needs, supervises educational personnel, manages classroom resources, monitors program data, and ensures regulatory compliance. Collaborates with teachers, administrators, facility staff, legal representatives, and community providers. Supports crisis intervention, culturally competent programming, reporting, planning, and foster parent recruitment while maintaining a safe, professional environment.

Provides administrative and personnel support for foster care and residential child services programs. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, maintaining files and census reports, processing requisitions and purchase orders, preparing monitoring and discharge reports, communicating with staff and external stakeholders in English and Spanish, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping recruit foster parents. Requires confidentiality, accurate data handling, collaboration, independent work, and availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supports case management, clinical, and medical teams serving children in emergency shelter and group home settings. Maintains compliant records in Salesforce and UC Portal, conducts family and sponsor calls, documents reunification delays, prepares discharge resources, coordinates referrals, and supports safety protocols. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, crisis intervention, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work.
