Leads daily operations across multiple long-term care locations, overseeing clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, safety, and workforce engagement. The COO translates organizational goals into measurable plans, supports facility leaders, monitors quality and operational metrics, manages risks, prepares for inspections, and ensures consistent resident care standards. Regular travel between sites and flexible support for 24/7 operations are required.

Provides leadership and oversight across multiple senior living and long-term care communities. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, facility audits, survey readiness, corrective action planning, quality improvement, complaint resolution, staff mentoring, administrator development, and performance monitoring. The role regularly travels between communities and partners with facility leadership, Human Resources, and company executives to promote quality care and operational excellence.
