Lead daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, cash flow and vendor payment management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide financial planning support, operational finance analysis, and reporting; ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls while partnering with global teams to inform business decisions.

Lead supplier quality assurance for optics and sensor suppliers throughout selection, qualification, PPAP approval and series delivery. Conduct supplier audits, evaluate DV/PV results, establish APQP/PPAP requirements, manage nonconformances and corrective actions (8D), track KPIs and supplier improvement, and collaborate with supplier management, systems engineering, and purchasing to meet automotive quality standards and program milestones.

The Electro-Mechanical Engineer will design and develop complex electro-mechanical assemblies, perform analyses, and manage manufacturing interfaces for automotive applications.
