The role involves building and shipping production-grade software, collaborating with product and design, and contributing to system architecture decisions for enterprise compensation teams.

Support FP&A workflows including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. Build financial models and decision frameworks, partner with cross-functional leaders on resource allocation, optimize expenses with engineering, run analyses on growth, pricing, and unit economics, contribute to board and investor materials, and support financial operations such as invoicing, billing, taxes, and collections while improving finance systems and reporting.

Lead development and operation of backend services and AWS infrastructure, focusing on Django/Postgres backends, reliability, scalability, CI/CD, automation, observability, incident response, and platform engineering to support AI/ML and data warehouse systems.
