Leads finance strategy and operations for a venture-backed Series B startup, partnering with executives, the board, and investors. Oversees financial planning, forecasting, modeling, fundraising support, treasury, accounting, reporting, risk, compliance, and scalable finance systems. Builds and develops the finance and accounting organization, improves automation and processes, and prepares the company for future fundraising, international expansion, and IPO readiness.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including self-generated pipeline development, multi-channel prospecting, discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, forecasting, and deal closure. Build trusted relationships with compensation and total rewards leaders, quantify business pain, and collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Insights. The role requires selling technology to large mid-market and enterprise accounts in a lean startup environment.

Supports the CEO and executive team through complex calendar and schedule management, travel coordination, meeting documentation, communications, event planning, and company logistics. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing concurrent priorities, and keeping executives organized and informed. The Executive Assistant must work onsite in Irvine at least four days weekly and bring strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and office productivity tool proficiency.

Develop and maintain software for Compa's compensation platform, including backend and frontend systems. Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance features and contribute to architecture decisions.

As a Software Engineer at Compa, you will develop and enhance the SaaS platform for compensation intelligence, collaborating across teams to improve system architecture and user experiences.

Own and ship full‑stack production software across Compa’s web app and backend. Lead architecture and technical decisions, integrate ML/AI into data workflows, mentor through code review, and collaborate with Product and Design to build enterprise features and data pipelines.
