Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for multiple projects: translate goals into flows and high-fidelity screens, build and maintain scalable design systems, run research and usability tests, mentor junior designers, drive client-facing design conversations, and produce developer-ready specs and prototypes.

Work in a 6-8 person squad to design, build, and maintain backend frameworks and APIs (GraphQL/REST), perform research and feasibility, estimate and plan features, improve platform gems deployed to many clients, optimise databases and backend components, and participate in retrospectives for continuous improvement.

The Project Manager will lead software projects, manage timelines, client communication, and ensure delivery quality while collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
