Work in a 6-8 person squad to design, build, and maintain backend frameworks and APIs (GraphQL/REST), perform research and feasibility, estimate and plan features, improve platform gems deployed to many clients, optimise databases and backend components, and participate in retrospectives for continuous improvement.

The Project Manager will lead software projects, manage timelines, client communication, and ensure delivery quality while collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

Work in a small squad to design, develop, customize and maintain Salesforce applications (Service Cloud) using Apex and Lightning (LWC). Automate processes with Flows/Process Builder, test and debug solutions, document customizations, support and train end users, estimate and plan features, and participate in continuous improvement and code-review workflows.
