Supports technical recruiting through candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone screenings, interview and assessment coordination, talent-pool research, applicant tracking, campus recruitment, and employer branding. The intern evaluates technical backgrounds, maintains accurate recruitment records, communicates with candidates and hiring teams, and handles confidential hiring data. The role requires strong English communication, analytical ability, technical fundamentals, attention to detail, and proficiency with common productivity and sourcing tools.

Leads Commure’s enterprise Sales Development team, owning outbound pipeline, account prioritization, qualification, SDR-to-AE handoffs, and performance targets. Responsibilities include coaching and hiring SDRs, developing healthcare-focused campaigns, managing sales tools and data hygiene, testing prospecting channels, creating playbooks, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. The role also joins senior prospect conversations and continuously improves the organization’s outbound motion using funnel analysis and experimentation.

Own enterprise demand-generation campaigns, account-based marketing, campaign operations, lead scoring, nurture programs, attribution, and funnel optimization. Partner with sales, SDRs, customer success, events, and revenue operations to generate new-business and expansion pipeline. Manage HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, webinars, direct mail, campaign reporting, and AI-enabled marketing processes.
