Provides technical recommendations, oversees quality assurance, manages contracts, and ensures successful project delivery within budget and schedule.

Leads complex IT business analysis for ERP and HCM modernization initiatives. Translates business goals into functional and non-functional requirements, evaluates technologies and future-state processes, identifies impacts and dependencies, and supports acquisition, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness. Provides strategic oversight, quality control, stakeholder consultation, technology recommendations, and mentorship to other analysts while strengthening business analysis practices and delivering business value.

Serves as chief legal advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors for a public transportation agency. Oversees governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, labor and employment, procurement, public records, risk management, litigation, real estate, environmental matters, outside counsel, and legal budgets. Advises on strategic initiatives, capital projects, policy decisions, legislative developments, and organizational risk.
