Teams at Community Transit

Procures goods, services, construction, technology, equipment, and supplies; develops solicitations; negotiates and administers contracts; conducts cost analyses; and advises agency teams on procurement law, risk, and compliance. Leads procurement projects and vendor relationships while promoting SBE/DBE participation, supporting audits, and managing outreach, reporting, workshops, and regulatory requirements.

Leads Community Transit’s technology infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy, including networks, data centers, VoIP, security controls, incident response, disaster recovery, compliance, vendors, budgets, and enterprise IT projects. Directs infrastructure and security operations, advises executive leadership, manages cybersecurity incidents, develops technical staff, and establishes standards for resilient and secure technology environments.

Develop and maintain spatial data, pipelines, models, dashboards, and reporting products using the Esri platform, SQL, Python, R, and Arcade. Perform advanced spatial and statistical analysis, enforce data governance and quality standards, document workflows, and communicate insights to stakeholders across the agency. The role supports strategic and operational decision-making through reliable spatial solutions and visualizations.
