The director collaborates with executives and the board, monitors fundraising performance, prepares reports, and promotes the organization through marketing materials and events.

Welcomes and checks in clients, visitors, and family members; operates a multi-line switchboard; schedules psychiatric appointments in Credible; manages appointment reminders, checklists, and messages; maintains departmental supplies and client transportation or payment resources; and provides confidential, organized, nonjudgmental customer service in compliance with HIPAA.
