Conduct high-volume recruiting across multiple locations and departments, including sourcing, application screening, 55+ weekly screening interviews, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, ATS record maintenance, follow-up, pipeline development, and collaboration with hiring managers to improve hiring speed and efficiency.

Supports the CEO and leadership team by managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, reports, presentations, records, and event logistics. The role serves as a key stakeholder contact, maintains confidentiality, and helps optimize daily organizational operations while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provides executive and organizational support by managing leadership calendars, scheduling, communications, documents, presentations, travel bookings, meetings, events, and key initiatives. Serves as a central contact for internal teams and external partners while maintaining organized systems, files, and confidential information. The role also coordinates day-to-day workflows, adapts to changing priorities, and helps improve operational efficiency across the organization.
