Drive enrollment growth for youth soccer camps, leagues, and programs through high-volume inbound and outbound outreach. Generate and manage leads, maintain CRM records, build relationships with parents and guardians, recommend programs, overcome objections, close enrollments, and meet sales targets. Provide fluent English and Spanish customer support while collaborating with operations and program teams to share customer insights.

Oversee daily operations at a youth sports facility, welcoming customers, resolving concerns, coordinating staff, monitoring schedules and attendance, preparing activity spaces, and maintaining inventory and equipment. The role also supports coaches and instructors, promotes programs and products, and ensures high standards for customer service, safety, organization, and professionalism.

Conduct high-volume recruiting across multiple locations and departments, including sourcing, application screening, 55+ weekly screening interviews, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, ATS record maintenance, follow-up, pipeline development, and collaboration with hiring managers to improve hiring speed and efficiency.
