Oversee the clinic’s bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow, financial entries, reconciliations, budgeting support, vendor payments, audit coordination, and financial reporting. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, support departmental fiscal accountability, and collaborate with the CPA on annual audits and financial reports.

Provide one-to-one, strength-based in-person mentoring to youth in home and community settings. Teach life skills, conflict resolution, impulse regulation, and social skills; collaborate with families and a master's-level clinician; develop goal-directed lesson plans; attend supervision and mandatory meetings; work after-school and weekends.
