Provide one-to-one, strength-based in-person mentoring to youth, teach life and social skills, coordinate with clinicians to create goal-directed lesson plans, engage families and community resources, and attend supervision and mandatory staff meetings.

Teach life skills, conflict resolution, impulse regulation, and social skills; collaborate with families and a master's-level clinician; develop goal-directed lesson plans; attend supervision and mandatory meetings; work after-school and weekends.
