Assists the Program Director with managing adult mental health residential rehabilitation programs. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, recruiting, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, overseeing individual program plans, managing daily operations and incidents, reviewing financial documentation, leading interdisciplinary meetings, analyzing program data, and supporting quality management activities.

Supervises direct support staff and oversees daily operations for community homes and services supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, service coordination, health and safety oversight, transportation, activity planning, recordkeeping, budgeting, funds management, and direct care. The role requires collaboration with families and professionals, participation in on-call coverage, flexible hours, and adherence to applicable policies and regulations.

Supervises direct support staff and oversees daily operations of a community home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, health and safety oversight, coordinating services and transportation, maintaining records and funds, managing household budgets, supporting community integration, communicating with families and providers, and performing direct care duties.

Coordinates and oversees program services, staff supervision, clinical and administrative activities, admissions, transfers, discharges, compliance, interdisciplinary meetings, employee development, and operational procedures. Partners with program leadership and senior management to ensure effective resource utilization, service quality, and program performance. The position requires a flexible full-time schedule and on-call availability.

Coordinates assessments and Individual Support Plans for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism. Leads multidisciplinary service planning, develops and monitors individualized goals, coordinates program activities, documents progress and incidents, trains employees, and supports person-centered planning. Requires collaboration with behavior specialists, therapists, individuals, and families. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours and transportation responsibilities.

Leads an intellectual and developmental disability community participation support program. Supervises staff, manages daily operations, ensures participant health and safety, oversees incident management, training, documentation, budgets, inventory, service coordination, and implementation of individual plans. The role also supports staffing coverage, facilitates meetings, participates in on-call duties, and transports individuals to appointments or community activities.

Provide direct rehabilitation services in a Clubhouse setting, support members in employment, education, independent living and wellness, complete case management duties, assist with job development and on-site job coaching, maintain clubhouse standards and documentation, and participate in community outreach and social activities.

Provide peer-based coaching and mentoring to adults with mental illness, using lived experience to support recovery, goal-setting, community integration, advocacy, and monitoring progress. Promote trauma-informed care principles and equity while connecting individuals with resources and modeling coping and self-help strategies.

Provide direct psychiatric rehabilitation support by conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized support plans, facilitating groups, transporting clients to community activities, documenting progress, and promoting trauma-informed care and inclusion while adhering to PRS Code of Ethics.
