Provide community-based psychiatric rehabilitation services: assess clients, develop and implement individual support plans, facilitate groups, transport and support clients in community activities, and follow PRS ethics and trauma-informed care principles to promote recovery and inclusion.

Supervise daily operations of community homes and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversee direct support staff hiring, training, scheduling, and on-call duties; ensure health, safety, budgets, records, transportation, petty cash, and community integration activities.

Provide nursing care for individuals with mental health or IDD diagnoses: complete health appraisals, administer and monitor medications and injections, record vitals and medication logs, coordinate with physicians and pharmacies, schedule and transport clients to appointments, facilitate wellness groups, educate staff and clients on health and medications, and document care according to policy. Part-time schedule; $1,500 sign-on bonus after probation.

Lead and oversee mental health or IDD program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality of care, staffing, budgeting, incident management, billing, stakeholder reporting, and clinical coordination. Hire, train, supervise staff, manage referrals, and participate in quality management activities.

Assist Program Director in managing a community residential mental health program: supervise and train staff, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, develop training and individual program plans, oversee daily operations and incident management, conduct financial audits, assist hiring, analyze program data, provide emergency coverage, and promote trauma-informed care and equity.

Supervise daily operations of a community home or community-based IDD program, oversee direct support staff (hiring, training, scheduling), ensure health and safety of individuals, coordinate transportation and community activities, manage inventories and funds, adhere to budgets and ethics, and perform direct care duties as needed.

Provide peer-based recovery support using lived experience to coach, mentor, and advocate for adults with mental illness. Help clients set and monitor recovery goals, connect to community resources, model coping strategies, and promote independence while following trauma-informed care principles.

Promote trauma-informed care principles and equity while connecting individuals with resources and modeling coping and self-help strategies.

Provide direct psychiatric rehabilitation support by assessing individuals, developing and implementing support plans, facilitating groups, transporting clients to community activities, documenting progress, and promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive care within an adult mental health program.
