Teams at Community Services Group - CSG

Provide community-based psychiatric rehabilitation services: assess clients, develop and implement individual support plans, facilitate groups, transport and support clients in community activities, and follow PRS ethics and trauma-informed care principles to promote recovery and inclusion.

Supervise daily operations of community homes and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversee direct support staff hiring, training, scheduling, and on-call duties; ensure health, safety, budgets, records, transportation, petty cash, and community integration activities.

Provide nursing care for individuals with mental health or IDD diagnoses: complete health appraisals, administer and monitor medications and injections, record vitals and medication logs, coordinate with physicians and pharmacies, schedule and transport clients to appointments, facilitate wellness groups, educate staff and clients on health and medications, and document care according to policy. Part-time schedule; $1,500 sign-on bonus after probation.
