Provides administrative and data management support for a behavioral healthcare program. Maintains accurate records, spreadsheets, reports, deliverables, compliance documentation, and partnership materials. Coordinates communications and scheduling with schools, community partners, and agency staff; supports meetings, follow-up, data collection, reporting, and quality improvement. Requires confidentiality, organization, communication, deadline management, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Provides case management and psychosocial rehabilitation services to emerging adults in a behavioral healthcare program. Follows treatment plans, delivers interventions, documents progress, bills for services, and connects consumers with appropriate community resources. Maintains regular consumer contact, coordinates with coworkers and external agencies, attends meetings and training, and supports recovery-focused care while following agency and DBHDD documentation standards.

Administer medications, document patient responses and medication histories, coordinate with pharmacies, monitor adverse reactions, maintain medication accountability, and keep medication areas compliant. The LPN provides compassionate behavioral healthcare to voluntary and involuntary patients experiencing behavioral health crises in a structured stabilization setting.

Provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, consultations, crisis support, hospitalization assistance, and ongoing care for individuals in a behavioral healthcare setting. Maintains medical and DEA licenses, ensures regulatory compliance, uses telehealth and electronic medical records, completes timely documentation, and collaborates with staff to coordinate patient care and scheduling.

Provides case management and discharge planning for individuals receiving behavioral health crisis care. Interviews patients, documents needs, coordinates with families and community providers, arranges referrals, transportation, insurance assistance, follow-up appointments, and continuity-of-care services. Completes discharge summaries, risk communications, electronic health records, follow-up outreach, treatment documentation, and level-of-care submissions while supporting patient safety and unit operations.

Provides intensive behavioral health case management, care coordination, referrals, service integration, and community resource linkage for individuals in recovery. Maintains recovery plans, shares care information with providers and supports, serves as an agency and community liaison, and helps reduce hospitalization and recidivism. The role manages up to 20 individuals, meeting with clients weekly, while collaborating with diverse communities and attending required training.

Provides administrative and program support for a school-based mental health program. Duties include scheduling client intakes, re-engaging families, monitoring school program progress, coordinating therapist schedules, collecting and reporting data, supporting therapists, attending community meetings, assisting with training, and planning mental health activities. Frequent travel throughout assigned counties is required. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Provides outpatient behavioral healthcare support for pediatric and adult patients. Maintains medical records, documents vital signs and psychiatric information, administers medications, monitors treatment responses and adverse reactions, performs phlebotomy, communicates with providers and families, completes authorizations and reports, maintains laboratory supplies, and supports infection control and patient assistance activities. Requires travel to satellite clinics as needed.

Provides outpatient behavioral healthcare support, including medication administration and injections, phlebotomy, vital-sign monitoring, psychiatric and medical documentation, symptom reporting, and patient communication. Collaborates with physicians, PAs, and NPs, completes prior authorizations and assistance applications, responds to patient messages, maintains HIPAA compliance, and supports patient safety while floating between assigned Georgia locations.

Provides nursing care in a behavioral health crisis stabilization unit, including assessments, vital-sign monitoring, medication support, documentation, suicide-risk screening, de-escalation, patient safety monitoring, treatment-team participation, health education, shift reporting, and discharge coordination. The role serves voluntary and involuntary patients experiencing behavioral health crises and requires collaboration with providers and multidisciplinary staff.

Partners with HR and organizational leaders to identify learning needs, design and facilitate training, support onboarding and leadership development, maintain learning compliance, optimize HRIS and LMS systems, track metrics, and improve workforce development programs.
