Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising staff, setting staffing standards, coordinating patient flow, addressing patient concerns, developing policies and procedures, monitoring KPIs, supporting quality improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing inspections, audits, grievances, and corrective action plans.

Lead Total Rewards including benefits administration, leave and workers' compensation management, compensation analysis, HRIS integrations, vendor relationships, compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), open enrollment, and reporting/analytics to support attraction and retention.

Coordinate care and community outreach for patients in opioid and substance use treatment. Build partnerships with clinics, hospitals, law enforcement, and social services; receive and process referrals; document encounters and maintain data in QuickBase, Methasoft, and CRM; provide intake support for special populations; attend community/provider meetings; manage crises and conflict resolution; support program development and implementation. Requires regional travel to CMS locations and timely documentation.
