Teams at Community Medical Services

Manage daily clinic operations, staff hiring and development, patient flow, staffing, service standards, compliance, inspections, audits, grievances, and quality improvement initiatives for an addiction treatment clinic.

Coordinates care and community outreach for clients receiving opioid and substance use disorder treatment. Builds relationships with community agencies, hospitals, clinics, law enforcement, emergency services, and other providers. Identifies community resources, processes referrals, documents client and agency encounters, maintains outreach data, supports special populations, manages crises, and participates in community meetings and program implementation.

Welcomes and assists clinic clients, manages calls, appointments, walk-in intakes, electronic health records, insurance verification, payments, and documentation. Coordinates patient flow, supports de-escalation, maintains confidentiality, reconciles cash and deposits, manages supplies, and performs general office duties in a fast-paced outpatient addiction-treatment clinic.
