Teams at Community Medical Services

Supervise an outpatient addiction recovery clinical team, ensure compliance with regulations and CARF standards, support daily clinic operations, assist in treatment interventions and crisis situations, participate in hiring/training, conduct chart and treatment plan reviews, and provide staff leadership and end-of-shift reporting.

Greet and check in clients, manage high-volume phone and in-person patient flow, schedule appointments, create and update EHR records, verify insurance, collect payments, assist walk-in intakes, perform end-of-day reconciliation, maintain reception area, and use trauma-informed de-escalation when needed.

Provide medication-assisted treatment and comprehensive physical exams for patients with substance use disorders; manage treatment plans, sign medical orders, document visits in the EHR, coordinate referrals, collaborate with the Medical Director, and educate patients, families, staff, and community members.
