Patrols the clinic and grounds to maintain safety, engages clients, enforces policies, de-escalates conflicts, supports a welcoming recovery environment, and reports incidents or irregularities. The role also coordinates emergency responses, maintains cleanliness, identifies maintenance needs, protects confidential information, and redirects clients to counseling or other support services when appropriate.

Welcomes clients, manages calls, appointments, walk-in intakes, electronic health records, insurance verification, payments, and clinic documentation. Maintains an organized reception area, supports client de-escalation using trauma-informed practices, coordinates providers and counselors, reconciles cash and deposits, handles supplies and office duties, and protects confidential information. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, computer skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
