Builds employer relationships, coordinates career events and workshops, analyzes labor-market and placement data, tracks outcomes for accreditation, and collaborates with academic departments. Uses digital career platforms and maintains confidential records while promoting inclusive employment access and student success.

Directs student financial aid delivery, eligibility determinations, packaging, loan support, records maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Prepares funding applications, budgets, reports, and audit responses while coordinating with campus departments and government agencies. Advises students, manages loan collection and default prevention activities, improves departmental procedures, and maintains compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
