Lead employer partnership and workforce development strategies to increase student employment outcomes. Build employer relationships, secure hiring partnerships and sponsorships, coordinate employer engagement events, maintain employer and placement data, verify graduate employment, analyze outcomes, and cultivate community and donor partnerships to support student success and institutional growth.

Manage delivery and records of student financial aid, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare budgets and reports, advise students on eligibility, coordinate with agencies and campus departments, handle loan collections and default prevention, and support audits and process improvements.

Assist instructors with hands-on lab and shop activities: set up, operate, clean, and maintain equipment; reinforce safety and best practices; support student skill development, tutoring, evaluations, inventory, events, and curriculum feedback. Temporary, diesel-designated role with cross-training across lab programs.

Provide individualized and group career advising to students and graduates, build employer relationships to secure internships and jobs, run career events and workshops, use job platforms to promote opportunities, track placement outcomes and employer satisfaction, collaborate with academic departments, and ensure confidentiality and inclusivity while supporting student employment readiness.
