Supports prospective and current students through the financial aid process by reviewing documentation, determining eligibility, packaging aid, maintaining confidential records, explaining requirements, monitoring status changes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Coordinates with internal departments, assists with reports, reconciliations, audits, and program reviews, and escalates discrepancies or compliance concerns.

Provides individualized and group career advising to students and graduates, including resume development, job-search strategies, interview preparation, and employment readiness. Builds employer relationships, coordinates career events and workshops, analyzes labor-market and placement data, tracks outcomes for accreditation, and collaborates with academic departments. Uses digital career platforms and maintains confidential records while promoting inclusive employment access and student success.

Coordinates student financial aid delivery, eligibility determinations, records, loans, budgets, reports, audits, and regulatory compliance. Advises students, interprets federal and state requirements, maintains fund controls, supports loan default prevention, and collaborates with admissions, student records, government agencies, faculty, and administration.
