Provide individualized and group career advising to students and graduates, build employer relationships to secure internships and jobs, run career events and workshops, use job platforms to promote opportunities, track placement outcomes and employer satisfaction, collaborate with academic departments, and ensure confidentiality and inclusivity while supporting student employment readiness.

Serve as the primary employer engagement lead, building employer partnerships and coordinating recruiting events while delivering career advising to students and alumni. Maintain recruiting systems, track outcomes, verify employment for reporting, analyze employment trends, and collaborate with faculty and community partners to improve graduate placement.
