Provides bilingual front-office and clerical support in a behavioral health clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, assisting clients, triaging crises, coordinating with providers, collecting payments, verifying insurance, processing records and paperwork, maintaining schedules, handling mail, and organizing office operations.

Oversee federal grant-funded Zero Suicide projects, including budgets, compliance, work plans, performance tracking, documentation, quality improvement, data analysis, and outcome reporting. Facilitate internal and external workgroups, collaborate across teams, and manage recruitment and staff performance in partnership with Human Resources. The role requires behavioral health expertise and supports evidence-based suicide prevention program implementation.

Requires a high school diploma, office or customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and preferably Spanish bilingual skills.
