Community Health Resources (CHR) is Connecticut’s nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider, serving children, families, and adults affected by mental illness, substance use, trauma, and related challenges. It delivers personalized services through outpatient and community-based programs, including mental-health treatment, addiction recovery, crisis support, child and family services, housing, foster care, prevention, and integrated care. CHR’s mission is to inspire hope and strengthen individual and community wellbeing.
