Provide licensed LVN nursing care and supervise back-office clinical staff, manage patient flow, perform clinical tasks within LVN scope, maintain equipment and compliance, coordinate care teams, document care, and assist with training and quality improvement.

Analyzes 340B claims, financial reports, invoices, and pricing to support reimbursement, compliance, and organizational decision-making. Reviews patient charts for required documentation, coordinates with providers, pharmacies, vendors, and departments to resolve missing records, and verifies claims accuracy. Prepares reports, reconciliations, accounting records, and committee materials while identifying trends and preventing financial losses. Maintains confidentiality, meets deadlines, and supports 340B oversight activities.

Design, develop, test, and optimize complex Microsoft SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and database objects. Produce routine and ad-hoc reports, document processes, support data warehousing and ETL tasks, troubleshoot helpdesk tickets, and collaborate with informatics and clinical teams while maintaining HIPAA and clinical compliance.

Lead and manage OB/GYN services, overseeing clinical quality, staffing, on-call schedules, and regulatory compliance while maintaining an active clinical practice. Provide programmatic leadership, conduct peer review and quality improvement, recruit and onboard clinicians, coordinate with organizational units, and ensure accreditation and legal standards are met.
