Prospect, cultivate, and secure gifts from new and existing donors while managing a donor portfolio and supporting donor services. Responsibilities include developing solicitation strategies, maintaining prospect records, tracking engagement and gifts, coordinating fund processes, supporting donor events, analyzing acquisition effectiveness, and collaborating across departments to improve donor engagement and philanthropic offerings.

Owns the organization’s ERP, CRM, cloud applications, integrations, and data environment. Responsibilities include leading implementations and upgrades, administering enterprise systems, managing application support and vendors, maintaining Azure infrastructure, developing data pipelines, ensuring data governance and security, and creating reports and dashboards. The role partners with Finance, HR, Programs, and Grants Management to improve workflows, data quality, reporting, and decision-making.

The People & Talent Generalist manages core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, performance management, engagement, learning and development, HRIS administration, and offboarding. The role maintains HR records and procedures, analyzes workforce trends and metrics, supports talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives, and helps foster an inclusive, people-first culture.

Lead and manage the Foundation's impact investing platform focused on affordable housing: set strategy, originate and structure deals, oversee underwriting and portfolio management, steward capital relationships, drive fundraising and investor reporting, and build and lead the impact investing team and operating systems.

Manage fund-level accounting and financial operations for impact investments, including journal entries, reconciliations, NAV and cash forecasting, investor allocations, loan accounting, third-party servicer review, audits, tax filings, GAAP-compliant reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support impact investing transactions and investor relations.
