Manage operational and analytical components of institutional grants, coordinating proposal preparation, grant administration, reporting, and stewardship. Maintain grant systems and tracking tools, ensure compliance and audit-ready documentation, partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and program teams, and support impact investment reporting and institutional fundraising readiness.

Support day-to-day accounting operations focused on cash activity, gift processing, accounts receivable, and general ledger accuracy. Prepare and record journal entries, monitor bank activity, process gifts, assist month-end close, support audits and tax filings, manage customer inquiries, maintain internal controls, and provide cross-functional backup.

Manage fund-level accounting and financial operations for impact investments, including journal entries, reconciliations, NAV and cash forecasting, investor allocations, loan accounting, third-party servicer review, audits, tax filings, GAAP-compliant reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support impact investing transactions and investor relations.

Support administration and execution of grant programs, coordinate logistics and stakeholder communications, maintain grant records and data, assist with program planning, proposal review, site visits, and reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support learning.

Lead and manage the Foundation's impact investing platform focused on affordable housing: set strategy, originate and structure deals, oversee underwriting and portfolio management, steward capital relationships, drive fundraising and investor reporting, and build and lead the impact investing team and operating systems.

Lead full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for the Foundation and affiliates, including general ledger management, reconciliations, payments and treasury support, audit and tax deliverables, 1099 processing, budget entries, staff guidance, process improvements, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting across entities.

Support full-cycle accounting for the Foundation and affiliates, including journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close, financial reporting, audit and tax support, and impact investing accounting. Document processes, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant records.
