Teams at Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta

Manage operational and analytical components of institutional grants, coordinating proposal preparation, grant administration, reporting, and stewardship. Maintain grant systems and tracking tools, ensure compliance and audit-ready documentation, partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and program teams, and support impact investment reporting and institutional fundraising readiness.

Lead and manage the Foundation's impact investing platform focused on affordable housing: set strategy, originate and structure deals, oversee underwriting and portfolio management, steward capital relationships, drive fundraising and investor reporting, and build and lead the impact investing team and operating systems.

Support day-to-day accounting operations focused on cash activity, gift processing, accounts receivable, and general ledger accuracy. Prepare and record journal entries, monitor bank activity, process gifts, assist month-end close, support audits and tax filings, manage customer inquiries, maintain internal controls, and provide cross-functional backup.
