Provide civil legal representation with emphasis on immigration and family law; supervise DOJ-accredited representatives and paralegals; conduct community outreach and workshops in English and Spanish; manage caseloads, grant reporting, and program compliance; travel statewide for clinics and court appearances.

Lead and implement fundraising strategy across major gifts, annual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, and donor stewardship. Supervise grants, communications, and community relations staff; manage grant compliance and reporting; align messaging and campaigns with fundraising goals; maintain donor records; analyze fundraising metrics; and cultivate donor relationships to meet revenue targets.

Provide supervised legal representation and case management for immigration and family law matters, prepare filings (visas, asylum, protection orders, divorce, guardianship), manage client communication and records, conduct research, coordinate interpretation and community outreach, and support administrative and program compliance tasks.

Assess and enroll clients for job training, set employment goals and individual training plans, refer candidates to employers, recruit for programs, maintain job listings and records, monitor trainees, counsel clients on employment and community resources, and use Microsoft Office to prepare reports and databases. May work with youth programs and liaise with employers on training opportunities.
