Provide supervised legal representation and case management for immigration and family law matters, prepare filings (visas, asylum, protection orders, divorce, guardianship), manage client communication and records, conduct research, coordinate interpretation and community outreach, and support administrative and program compliance tasks.

Assess and enroll clients for workforce training, set employment goals, develop individual training plans, refer clients to employers, recruit for programs, monitor trainees, maintain employment listings and records, provide community referrals, and support youth programs as needed.

Provide direct civil legal representation with emphasis on immigration (removal defense, asylum, adjustment of status, U/ T/VAWA visas), family law, and landlord/tenant matters. Supervise DOJ-accredited representatives and paralegals, conduct community outreach and trainings in Spanish and English, manage caseloads and grant-related reporting, travel statewide for clinics and court appearances, and support program development and compliance.
