Provides practical nursing care in an outpatient clinic, including medication administration, blood draws, IV insertion after training, vital signs, screenings, patient education, care coordination, documentation, and provider support. Maintains patient records, sterilizes instruments, monitors supplies and vaccinations, handles clinical calls, and supports infection control, quality initiatives, teamwork, and regulatory compliance. Requires flexibility to work at different facilities and respond appropriately to changing patient needs.

Manages a behavioral health caseload of adolescents and adults with serious mental illness or chemical dependency. Assesses patient needs, develops and reviews treatment plans, coordinates referrals and community services, tracks appointments, documents care in the EHR, and communicates with patients, families, psychiatrists, providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Supports medication monitoring, treatment follow-up, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered service delivery.

Provides comprehensive ambulatory medical care to school-based patients, including screenings, examinations, diagnosis, treatment, laboratory testing, prescriptions, referrals, emergency management, minor procedures, counseling, and patient documentation. Collaborates with supervising physicians, assists with surgical procedures, supports team operations, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers compassionate patient and family service.
