CCWV is a Federally Qualified Health Center network with community health centers, school-based health sites, pharmacies, and a dental office. It provides accessible, comprehensive care across primary and walk-in medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, pharmacy, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and telehealth. Its mission is to help local communities live healthier lives by meeting immediate and long-term healthcare needs and offering culturally appropriate care regardless of patients’ ability to pay.
