Serve as on-duty operational supervisor supporting field EMS operations and resource deployment while also functioning as a working Paramedic. On-the-job EMT trainee program (under 4 months) with paid classes and field ride time leading to FT EMT placement. Provide basic life support, assist paramedics, perform patient transport and wheelchair technician duties, and follow county protocols. Must meet physical, certification, and screening requirements.

Paid on-the-job EMT trainee program (under 4 months) providing classroom instruction, ride time, and certification tuition. Trainees perform wheelchair technician duties during training and, upon certification, provide basic life support, assist paramedics, transport patients, and communicate with patients. Requires physical lifting ability and completion of background, medical, and drug screenings. Successful trainees are offered full-time EMT positions with a 24-month commitment.

Paid on-the-job EMT trainee program (under 4 months) with tuition provided. Trainees attend classes and ride time, then transition to full-time EMT duties including basic life support, patient care and transport, assisting paramedics, wheelchair technician duties, and use of emergency equipment. Requires background/medical/drug screening, driver's license, and a 24-month employment commitment.

Process ambulance and wheelchair transport claims, verify patient and insurance information, enter and validate charges, resolve denials and claim edits, ensure payer compliance and medical necessity documentation, handle payments and account follow-up, and provide customer-facing billing support.

Receive and process emergency and non-emergency 911 calls, prioritize incidents, and dispatch EMS and fire resources using Priority Dispatch System protocols. Maintain calm caller communication, coordinate field units, operate CAD, radio, and phone systems, complete accurate incident documentation, participate in training/certification, and support daily communications center readiness.
