Drive workforce development, quality improvement, and leadership succession while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Provide on-duty operational leadership and oversight for EMS field operations while performing Paramedic duties as needed. Manage system status, resource deployment, equipment readiness, personnel coaching, documentation, and coordination with dispatch, healthcare partners, and public safety to ensure clinical excellence and efficient emergency response.
