Serve as on-duty operational supervisor supporting field EMS operations and resource deployment while also functioning as a working Paramedic. Provide real-time oversight, clinical care, personnel coaching, vehicle/equipment readiness, reporting, and coordination with dispatch, healthcare partners, and public safety. Support training, certifications, and continuity during high-demand events and system disruptions.

On-the-job EMT trainee program (under 4 months) with paid classes and field ride time leading to FT EMT placement. Provide basic life support, assist paramedics, perform patient transport and wheelchair technician duties, and follow county protocols. Must meet physical, certification, and screening requirements.

Provide on-duty operational leadership and oversight for EMS field operations while performing Paramedic duties as needed. Manage system status, resource deployment, equipment readiness, personnel coaching, documentation, and coordination with dispatch, healthcare partners, and public safety to ensure clinical excellence and efficient emergency response.
